 How I Work With Students

I am to help students optimize performance in their various domains of life, such as in school, athletics, emotional wellness, and relationships.  I collaborate with students to identify and cultivate their core values, while working with them to pursue actions that are congruent with those ideals.  Furthermore, I encourage students to recognize their strengths and increase their attention on consistent growth and development in the present moment.  Throughout my work, I emphasize psychological flexibility, self-compassion, and resilliency.  Lastly, I strive to honor students' socicultural identities and hold myself to a high standard of providing multicultural services to all students.
