How I Work With Students

I am a generalist with specialized training and knowledge of sport psychology and student-athlete mental health issues. When students work with me it is my hope that they will feel supported, understood and guided towards what their needs may be at the time. I believe in a collaborative therapeutic relationship where the student is empowered to make decisions and choices that best align with their values. I am a cheerleader at heart and strongly believe in helping students achieve their dreams and goals. Stingers Up!
