How I Work With Students

My style of therapy is warm, compassionate, collaborative and understanding. I strive to create an environment where you can feel safe to openly explore the challenges of life and relationships without fear of judgment or misunderstanding.  I work from primarily a client-centered, psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral approach with the flexibility to integrate multiple therapeutic techniques as needed.  I’m passionate about creating a space where identity and diversity can be acknowledged and understood in individual, family and social contexts.

Professional Interests

General emotional wellness, diversity and inclusion, LGBTQ+ concerns, healthy relationships and self-care.

Personal Interests

In my spare time, I can be found at a local coffee shop or exploring the many fun neighborhoods of midtown.  I enjoy reading, cooking, being outside and spending as much time as possible with family, friends and loved ones.
