How I Work With Students

Hello and welcome! My approach to working with students is to foster a collaborative, safe, and supportive therapeutic relationship that facilitates empowerment and self-reflection. My counseling approach is integrative and informed by humanistic, cognitive behavioral therapy, and a multicultural framework. I look forward to supporting and working with you during your journey at Sac State.

Professional Interests

My clinical interests include working with diverse populations, Asian American mental health, identity development, international student adjustment, relational concerns, academic issues, and outreach and prevention.

Personal Interests

In my spare time, I enjoy hiking, watching movies/TV shows, and spending time with family & friends.
