If you would like to explore whether counseling is right for you, the first step is to call us during business hours at 916-278-6461.

What is the experience like at our counseling services?

Please bring your OneCard, drivers license or valid photo ID to your appointment.

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment to be sure to fill out any forms or paperwork.

*There will be a $20 no-show/late fee if appointments are not cancelled 48 hours in advance.

Emergent Symptoms

What symptoms require immediate medical care?

chest pain or pressure which may radiate to the arms, neck, back, shoulder, jaw, arm, or wrist
sudden onset of severe abdominal pain
severe shortness of breath
sudden decrease in or loss of consciousness
sudden inability to talk or to move one side of the body, or sudden slurred speech
severe, persistent bleeding that cannot be stopped
major injuries such as gunshot or stab wounds or severe injuries from a vehicle accident
