Education

Jennifer has both a Bachelor's degree and Master's degree from UC Davis.  She completed her dietetic intership at Yale-New Haven Hospital.

Jennifer Campbell joined Student Health and Counseling Services in August 2013.

Jennifer meets one-on-one with students for a variety of nutrition related health concerns including weight management, diabetes, heart disease, eating disorders and other medical diagnoses.  Jennifer also provides assistance to students with food insecurity and can help students access food and nutrition resources on campus.

Jennifer supervises Peer Health Educators who organize and promote nutritional outreach programs such as cooking demonstrations, The Body Project (a body acceptance prevention program), and the Farm-to-Fork Festival. 

Personal Interests

Jennifer enjoys spending time with her friends and family, snowboarding, mountain biking, swimming being outdoors, reading, and eating sandwiches.
