You will need to complete and turn in a 3-day Diet Analysis Food Record form which must be turned in to the Health & Wellness Promotion office, Room 1011 in The WELL, before an appointment can be scheduled. Please allow 5 days to process diet records.

Nutrition Counseling

stress lessNutrition Counseling is an opportunity for our students to meet with our Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who provides nutrition therapy for a variety of nutrition related health issues including weight management, diabetes, heart disease, eating disorders, and other medical diagnosis.  Our RDN also provides assistance for students with food insecurity and how to access food and nutrition resources on campus.

Make an appointment either through the online Appointment Center, in person, or by phone at (916) 278-5422.

WELL Into Nutrition Program

healthy-relationshipsWELL Into Nutrition covers techniques for healthier eating including; meal planning, mindful eating, eating on the go, and more. This 4-week course is a great way to learn how to incorporate healthier lifestyle choices into your diet.

Choices

choicesChoices is an educational course focusing on harm reduction and prevention of alcohol abuse, led by our well-trained Peer Health Educators. The course is presented in a non-confrontational manner which enables students to make their own decisions about alcohol consumption.

You will need to complete and turn in an e-CHUG packet which must be turned in to the Health & Wellness Promotion office, Room 1011 in The WELL, prior to scheduling an appointment. Please allow 5 days to process e-CHUGs.

Free Condoms

condoms on a tableA wide variety of free safer sex products such as internal/external condoms, latex-free condoms, lubricant, dental dams and resources are available at the Health and Wellness Promotion Office Room 1011 for individuals. 

In an effort to increase condom usage amongst sexually active students, external condoms may be given to faculty, staff, student leaders, and campus partners for events; or to increase access in offices for students.  Subject to availability and request. *Condom orders are not for individual use*
