Topic Areas

Active Minds

The Active Minds mission is to change the conversation surrounding mental health. We strive to educate the campus community about mental health and emotional wellness issues (such as depression, anxiety, stress management, eating disorders, body image, and suicide prevention), all in an effort to reduce the stigmas associated with mental health issues and treatment.

Alcohol, Tobacco, and Other Drugs

The Alcohol, Tobacco and Other Drug Program works to reduce the harm associated with high risk drinking, tobacco and drug use. We do this through education, collaboration, student leadership development, and provision of resources to support and encourage healthy choices.

Healthy Relationships

The Healthy Relationships Program focuses on providing outreach and events related to sexual assault prevention, safer sex practices, and communication for healthy relationships.

Our Nutrition Program offers a variety of services to support balanced eating, including professional nutritional counseling, peer diet analysis, and cooking demonstrations.
