SO&L Leadership Conferences

Student Organizations & Leadership hosts two leadership conferences each academic year, one at the start of each semester. The SO&L Leadership Conference provides all students at Sacramento State with an opportunity to learn about leadership and develop important individual and organizational leadership skills through workshops hosted by campus and community partners. Build your resume, network with student leaders, and strengthen your potential for academic, personal, and professional success!

Individuals needing reasonable accommodations for disability access are to contact SO&L at 916-278-6595, at least 5 business days before the event.

Fall 2018: "D.I.G. Deep"

SO&L’s Fall Leadership Conference serves as an opportunity to create a space for students to understand that leadership comes in different forms and a title is not needed to exert your leadership skills. Students get to engage with their peers through a series of activities and workshops that are facilitated by other student leaders, staff and faculty.  The topics covered at the conference will be related to how students can D.I.G. (Get Deliberate, Get Inspired or Be Inspiring and Get Going) Deep. Also, we will be offering campus resource based sessions such as Understanding DOC Funding and Nuts & Bolts.
