About Services for Students With Disabilities
About The Department
Services to Students with Disabilities (SSWD) offers a wide range of accommodation services that ensure students with disabilities have equal access and opportunity to pursue their educational goals.
Working collaboratively with students, faculty, staff, and administrators, SSWD provides campus-wide consultation and serves as a primary information resource on disability-related issues to the campus community.
Due to COVID-19 precautions, because we are working remotely we are unable to provide walk-in services and are not available to answer the telephone as all messages are being forwarded to us. To receive the timeliest response, please do not leave voice messages but instead e-mail us at email@example.com with any questions or concerns.
Virtual Drop-In Hours
SSWD now offers virtual drop-in hours on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Drop-In hours are 10-minute meetings where you can have quick questions answered by one of SSWD's Access Coordinators. Intake appointments will not be conducted during drop-in hours.
Due to the fact internet connections can sometimes fail, should you get dropped from a Zoom session, please simply log back in again. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to report any difficulties.
Tuesday and Thursday drop-in sessions are from 10:00 am to 11:30 am and Wednesday drop-in sessions are from 1 pm to 2:30 pm. Drop-in sessions are only available while classes are in session.
