Updates Related to COVID-19

Due to COVID-19 precautions, SSWD staff will be wearing face masks when working indoors with the public. When meeting 1-1 with SSWD staff for appointments, we respectfully request that you wear a face mask that covers your nose and mouth when meeting with us, out of concern for staff and others using our services.

If you don’t have a face mask, one will be provided. If you are unable to wear a face mask then Zoom will be an option.

Effective August 2, 2021, SSWD in 1008 Lassen will be open to the public during regular office hours, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. M-F except when the University is closed. In-person services will be limited.

Appointments will be required to meet 1-1 with an Access Coordinator, either in person or via Zoom. Appointments will also be required to meet with an ATL staff member and to use the SSWD ATL Student Computer Lab as well as schedule exams for proctoring. Registered SSWD students may schedule an appointment to meet 1-1 with an SSWD staff person or to schedule exams with our Academic Testing Center (Proctoring Services).

Students not yet registered with us, must fill out our application form, submit medical documentation verifying disability and engage in an interactive meeting with an Access coordinator to determine eligibility for accommodations. Application information is available. We appreciate your support for the health and welfare of the Hornet Family. Questions/concerns may be addressed by e-mail at
