Getting involved at Sac State is an amazing way to explore your passions, develop skills to help you now and after graduation, and find community within the University. Join Student Organizations & Leadership and Associated Students, Inc. as they discuss the many ways to engage at Sac State including: 300 student-led clubs, leadership development opportunities through conferences, workshops, and the Leadership Initiative, a co-curricular certificate program. There are also a variety of student programs and services created and staffed by students. From student government to outdoor recreation, a student-run radio, and campus events, there are many ways to find your place at Sac State.
Paying For College

After you register for classes, you’ll need to understand the process for paying your tuition. This session will provide you with information on locating your University charges and the payment options available to you. This session is hosted by Financial Aid and The Bursar’s Office.
Veterans and Dependents Educational Benefits and More*

The Veterans Success Center (VSC) provides information on how to receive GI educational benefits provided by the department of Veterans Affairs to our eligible veteran students and military connected dependents. Come and find out about the resources the VSC has to offer, from free printing to opportunities to participate in the Veterans Career Pathway Programs and veteran social events.
Athletes: Game Plan for Success
(Orchard II, 2nd Floor)
This session is provided for recruited/ scholarship transfer student-athletes only. During this time recruited transfer student-athletes will work with the Student-Athlete Resource Center to review transferability of credits and NCAA transfer eligibility. NCAA academic rules will be covered and how it affects eligibility, major choice, and long term career goals. Copies of updated transcripts should be provided to ensure accurate and up-to-date NCAA evaluation.
Need a Job? Part Time Student Assistant Positions

Get a jump on shaping your future and put some cash in your pocket with a job as a student assistant. In this session, University Enterprises Inc., (UEI) Human Resources staff will provide information on how to obtain a part-time job either on or off the Sac State campus. UEI provides college students the opportunity to work in their field of study while in school, and apply what they’ve learned in a real-world work environment. Students who have earned an AA-T/AS-T will attend this workshop to learn about the many advantages Sac State has to offer. In addition to learning about course exemptions and priority registration, students will also learn about job and scholarship opportunities designed just for ADT students.
