SSWD-Accommodated Exam Online Registration

The Testing Center provides testing accommodations ONLY for Sacramento State students registered with the office of Services to Students with Disabilities (SSWD). Students registered with SSWD are able to take exams in an environment with reduced distractions using tools usually not available in the classroom. Some of the disability-related testing accommodations the Testing Center can provide include readers, scribes, wheelchair accessible tables, adjustable tables, adjustable computer stands, and computer-assisted and computer-adaptive testing software. Please note that all accommodations are determined by an SSWD counselor.

Testing hours are 8:00am to 3:45pm. We offer different reporting times.  When scheduling, student must consider the length of the exam plus their accommodations. All testing ends at 3:45pm. For assistance or recommendations, please speak with a Testing Center staff.

Sacramento State students registered with SSWD and requiring a private room or other Testing Center resources listed on the Certification of Test/Course Accommodation, must schedule testing appointments with a Testing Center staff.

If you do not have accommodations and need to take an exam that you missed, please use our Makeup Exams online registration to schedule a test appointment.  Testing appointments scheduled here by students who do not have testing accommodations, will not be honored.

After student makes the appointment(s), student must provide the instructor(s) a Testing with Accommodations Instruction Form.  The instruction form must be completed by faculty and submitted with the exam. An instruction form must be completed by faculty and submitted with the exam.
