Prof. Masuyama is appointed as the Chief Reader for College Board Advanced Placement Japanese Language and Culture Examination, starting from July 2018. She also serves as a Principal Investigator, California Capital World Language Project. Her current project is a translation of a WII diary of issei woman in Florin California.
