Legislative Law
- United
States Code (USC) The USC contains all current in force U.S.
laws arranged by subject. (Also available on LEXIS/NEX IS for
CSUS only.)
- Public
Laws (PL) Public Laws issued chronological. Useful for
providing the law at the time it was enacted. However it doesn't
provide the current status if the law has been amended.
Administrative Law (Agency Rules &
Regulations)
- Code
of Federal Regulations (CFR) The
CFR contains all current agency rules and regulations in force.
(Also available on LEXIS/NEX IS for CSUS only.)
- Federal
Register (FR) The Federal
Register contains a proposed and final rules and regulations,
notices of meetings, and amendments or repealing of rules and
regulations. Useful for providing the law at the time it
was enacted. However it doesn't provide the current status if the
law has been amended.
