Energy

For this assignment, you will visit The Great Energy Challenge website of National Geographic.

There are two parts to this assignment:

1. Read one article about an energy source and write a brief (3-4 sentences) summary of that article. Choices:

• Peak Oil
• Shale Gas
• Rare Earths and alternative energy sources

2. Choose one tool to look at energy use and write a brief summary of what you find (if you are interested, you can do more than one of these):

• Personal energy meter
• Global carbon footprints
• Energy diet
