Admissions & Registration
New for 2020
While ATS previously required scores from the School and College Ability Test in order to participate, this year the university has eliminated the prerequisite. Now all students who are in 4th - 9th grades for the 2019-2020 school year can apply for the program. When selecting classes, it is important to remember that ATS classes are fun but also academically rigorous and fast-paced — this isn’t your traditional summer school.
More details will be released later this spring, but a quick preview of the new admissions procedure is provided below:
- "Priority" admission period: Students will be considered in a single group for placement. Previous ATS participants will be admitted first, followed by new applicants in descending grade level order. Financial aid is available to qualified applicants.
- "Regular" admission period: Students will be considered on a date-received, space-available basis. Financial aid is available to qualified applicants.
- "Extended" admission period: Students will be considered on a date-received, space-available basis.
