Research Interests

My area of research resides within the domain of Artificial Intelligence - particularly with reference to the topics of Pattern Recognition, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Social Network Analysis (SNA). Currently, open research problems of interest to me include Sentiment Analysis, Machine Translation, Event-based Analysis, Trends and Pattern Analysis, Multi-layer Network Analysis, Explainable AI, etc. Basically, my research approach aims at devising effective Machine Learning (ML) and efficient Deep Learning (DL) methodologies toward the exploitation of Big Data for latent knowledge.
