Research Interests

I consider myself a transdisciplinary scientist and am most inspired when I partner with researchers, practitioners, and young people. I approach all my efforts from a framework of personal accountability, social justice, and equity. My work integrates best practices from public health, effective youth engagement, and adolescent development science to inform policies and practices that support positive trajectories for young people across the globe. I am curious about how to effectively apply these principles to address any health issue with a particular focus on social relationships, sexual and reproductive health, and mental health and well-being.
