Public Affairs is an important aspect of University administration.  There is an obligation to the public which supports and utilizes the University to give necessary information and reports concerning the nature and services of the University and its problems and needs.  Each faculty and staff member is, therefore, an important representative of the institution and will inevitably influence the mind and action of the public with respect to the University.  The nature and quality of our services may best be made known through the regular activities of our faculty, librarians, office assistants, deans, registrar and other staff members.  Those who utilize the University will speak for it or against it as their impressions dictate.
