Assessment

Assessment works with all departments within the Division of Enrollment & Engagement and the Division of Student Affairs to support assessment and quality improvement work. The program provides individualized training and technical assistance to each department to ensure that they are assessing their work to provide the best possible services to students. This includes establishing an assessment cycle, developing a logic model outlining key outcomes for the area, creating an assessment plan, completing the assessment, and identifying improvement strategies and metrics based on the assessment findings.

Data Reports

Departments and programs in Student Affairs and Enrollment & Engagement provide a broad range of student support services for our campus. Each department and program is expected to produce an assessment report every 1-2 years. These reports have taken different forms over the years, including narrative reports and infographics. Each program or department’s report is individualized, based on the types of services it offers and the types of data it collects.
