Leadership Peer Award

November and December 2009 were marked by celebrations in honor of distinctive contributions by ABA staff, managers and others through ABA's annual Leadership Award program. Ceremonies, held at ABA's November Staff Professional meetings and December's Management Council meeting, covered multiple award categories, including: Valued Staff, Teams, Leadership Peer and Distinguished Service. ABA also recognized collaborations with University administrators and staff, where partnerships have led to significant improvements in overall services to the campus community.

The ABA Leadership Award program is driven by ABA managers, who nominate staff members within their departments and managers across the division who have made valuable contributions toward Destination 2010 goals.

Distinguished Service and External Partner awardees, selected by the vice president and his senior Council, acknowledge outstanding and dedicated service that advances the mission of ABA in a significant and lasting way.

For a full listing of Leadership Award recipients and their photos, visit the ABA 2010 Recognition Program website.
