WSCUC Steering Committee Members Reaccreditations 2026-2027
The WSCUC Steering Committee guides Sacramento State through its reaccreditation process by coordinating the institutional self-study, fostering collaboration within work groups, and ensuring compliance with 2023 WSCUC standards. The committee works closely with campus leaders to maintain progress toward established timelines and align efforts with the university's strategic priorities.
The reaccreditation process provides an opportunity for the institution to examine its practices, identify areas for improvement, and develop plans to enhance educational quality and student outcomes while demonstrating its commitment to educational effectiveness and institutional integrity.

Steering Committee Workgroups
The Steering Committee workgroups support the reaccreditation process by reviewing institutional data, evaluating evidence, and preparing narrative content aligned with WSCUC standards. They serve as the operational arms of the Steering Committee and contribute directly to the development of the institutional self-study.
Each workgroup is co-led by members of the WSCUC Steering Committee, providing guidance and oversight throughout the process. Membership may include faculty, staff, students, or administrators with relevant expertise or experience. Work Groups are designed to bring together subject matter knowledge that foster collaboration and informed decision-making.
