Jennifer Harris, Associate Vice President

As the AVP of Budget Planning and Administration, Jennifer leads a talented team of five budget analysts who allocate, track, and report fiscal resources to enable the university to meet its imperatives. She’s worked within State government for 25 years holding various fiscal management and oversight roles, and joined Sacramento State in December 2022.

Fun Fact: Jennifer is the youngest of five and the only one to attend university.
