About Compensation
Classification & Compensation, with the guidance of the California State University (CSU) Chancellor's Office, works in partnership with the colleges and administrative units to provide assistance in interpreting and applying fair and consistent evaluation of equitable compensation.
Some of our responsibilities include conducting equity analysis for determination of salary upon appointment to the University and conducting compensation related reviews for represented and Management Personnel Plan (MPP) employees.

E-Compensation System
Management and Employee initiated compensation requests should be submitted electronically through OnBase using the link below. E-Comp requests will automatically route for approval and processing, eliminating the need for paper forms and wet signatures.
