Sacramento State will participate in the inaugural Trustee Wenda Fong and Mr. Daniel Fetterly Staff Award, a new CSU-wide recognition program honoring the outstanding achievements and impactful contributions of staff across the system.

Made possible through the generosity of Trustee Wenda Fong and Mr. Daniel Fetterly, this program celebrates the excellence, dedication, and innovation of CSU staff ---- to include staff and administrators, both stateside and from auxiliary organizations.

Nomination Timeline and Form

Sacramento State’s campus nomination period will begin January 12 and close January 30.

Submit nominations using this form for Sacramento State by January 30th at 11:59 PM PST.

Award Categories

Sacramento State will be able to submit one nomination for each of the following four award categories:

• Affordability Advocate and Driver of Transformative Change ($25K)
  Honors an individual whose efforts have a profound impact on making a CSU education affordable and accessible.
• Fostering an Inclusive and Equitable Learning Environment ($25K)
  Recognizes an individual dedicated to student success while promoting equity and inclusion within the university community.
• First Generation Belonging and Community ($25K)
  Celebrates an individual who excels in fostering a sense of belonging and building a supportive campus community for first-generation students.
• Trailblazing Team ($25K)
  Honors a team of up to five individuals who have demonstrated exceptional leadership and innovation in serving students and advancing the CSU mission.
