University Classroom or Conference Room Request

The Online Request Form (Web Form) is appropriate for campus departments to use to request University Lecture classrooms or conference rooms for a University meeting for the current term under the following conditions.

Due to COVID-19 community mitigation efforts, no in-person events or group activities may take place on campus or at Sacramento State Downtown through the end of spring 2021.

This form is not to be used by or for non-campus customers.

Online Request Conditions

  • Requesting Lecture classroom or conference room only.
  • Requesting no more than 3 event dates and 3 room assignments per date.
  • Event occurs Monday through Thursday, 7:00am-10:00pm and Friday until 5:00pm (during normal business hours only).
  • No event services are requested/required.
  • No food is being served.
  • Attendance is less than 100.
  • No external group is involved with event.
