To help us respond to your report, please be as detailed as possible when filling out the form below. The descriptions of items will be checked against those turned in to the Lost and Found at the Police Service Center located on the 1st floor of the University Union, room 1038.

Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM, excluding Campus Holidays.

Summer Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
