About the Growth Factory
Based at the HaneyBiz HUB in Rocklin, the Growth Factory is a year-long nonprofit accelerator with a mission to scale truly great companies in the Sacramento region. The Growth factory supports early-stage founders from Northern California with capital, capacity building programs, and an engaged community of partners, mentors, customers, advocates, and other founders.
The Growth Factory is a proud member of the Global Accelerator Network (GAN), an organization originally founded by Techstars in 2010, that now supports 120 accelerators around the world. Through this network, founders get access to resources such as $1M in perks, founder wellness support, industry specific mentors, and global hot desk spaces for teams to drop in and work while travelling.
Growth Factory founder, Mark Haney, is a successful Sacramento entrepreneur who serves on the Carlsen Center Advisory Board. In the episode of The Mark Haney Show", below, Mark is joined by his cofounders Monique Brown and Rick Spencer. They share how the Growth Factory is being designed to accelerate 100 local founders with world-class potential over the next 4 years and why now is the time to make this happen in Sacramento.
