Peer-Led Academic Coaching Excellence (PLACE)
The PLACE program provides peer-led mentoring/coaching open to all students. Peer Mentors are trained student leaders who help connect fellow students with relevant campus resources, academic departments, and student support services. PLACE helps students navigate university life and fosters a supportive, student-driven learning environment.
Accessing PARC Services
All students may register for workshops or tutoring by:
- Visiting the PARC office
- Using the online appointment system
- Requesting support via the Virtual PARC Center
If your availability does not align with a tutor’s current schedule, a PARC coordinator will assist in matching you with a suitable time and tutor.
WIT Procedures & Policy
To maintain open access to support services for all students, students who miss four appointments within a semester will be shifted to drop-in access only. We appreciate your commitment to honoring scheduled appointments.
