Please note that the event registration fee and the lunch fee must be added to your cart separately. The registration system treats these as two different items, so registering for the event does not automatically include lunch.

- Return to the registration page and add the Lunch Fee to your cart if you would like to purchase lunch.
- Proceed to checkout and complete your payment for both items at the same time.
Please review your cart before checking out to ensure it includes both the Event Registration and the Lunch Fee (if you plan to attend lunch). If the lunch fee is not in your cart at checkout, lunch will not be reserved for you.

Eligible CEUs
A certificate of attendance will be provided. Please keep it as proof of attendance. CHPPR does not seek pre-approval for continuing professional development. Contact your individual professional organization about eligibility for CEUs.
It has been determined that this conference meets the qualifications for 6 hours of professional development credit towards continuing education units (CEUs) for the following listed organizations:
- California Speech-Language Pathology, Audiology, and Hearing Aid Dispenser’s Licensing Board PDP: Designee Darla Hagge, Ph.D., CCC-SLP
- The California State University Sacramento, School of Social Work is a provider approved by the California State Board of Behavioral Sciences for MFTs, LPCCs, LEPs and LCSWs.
**Note: CSAD and Social Work have indicated that they will provide CEU certificates, so we will need to keep the time-ordered agenda, copy of the flier with the learning objectives, and the bio and disclosure pages on file. We will also have to maintain a sign-in sheet and the departments will provide a certificate. Caleb and Alayna are working on these. Nursing is still evaluating the event.
