When your ideas need to have an impact, think poster. And to be presentation ready, think campus poster printing services! We’re your resource for printing high-quality, large format posters for the NSM Student Research Symposium.

• Flat fee printing. We offer poster printing at no charge for each print. Posters can only be requested by NSM faculty/staff or by NSM students during the preparation stages of the NSM Student Research Symposium.
• Flexible sizing. Our standard posters are 42" x 36" , 36" x 36", or 24" x 36". Posters outside of these sizes may be returned for resizing
• Easy file upload. You can submit your posters through the event's RSVP. We’ll contact you when it’s ready to pick up!
• Helpful DIY resources. From what and how to include your information, to saving the file – we have you covered!
• Easy Pickup. Posters can be picked up at TSC 5002 once you have received a confirmation that your poster is ready for pickup.
• No Reprints. Due to printing costs, there will be no free reprints for errors in the content requested.

Submission Instructions:

1. Ensure poster size is in file is either 42" x 36" , 36" x 36", or 24" x 36". Posters outside of these sizes will be returned for adjustments.
2. Upload the poster in a .ppt or .pdf format as a ticket to NSM Desktop Support.
3. Include the fund source that will be used for your print.
4. If you are a student submitting a request, please list your faculty/staff sponsor in the ticket.
