Eligibility & Application Process

Fellow Eligibility

  • Upper-level undergraduate students, masters-level graduate students, and recent alumni are eligible to apply.
  • Completed a research method course or be enrolled
  • A cumulative 3.0 GPA
  • Have a demonstrated interest in educational research
  • Interested in pursuing a doctoral degree related to education
  • Note: U.S. Department of Education stipulates that only citizens and permanent residents receive funding through this program. Non-citizens and residents, please contact our office to discuss participation alternatives.

Application Process

  • Written statement of purpose, expressing interest and qualification for the program (2 double-space pages)
  • Unofficial Transcripts
  • Two Letters of Reference
  • Interviews will be conducted with finalists
