Office for Cultural Transformation (OCT)
OCT is the home of three distinct and foundational pillars for cultural transformation: belonging, learning, and faculty diversity and inclusion. This Office conducts cultural assessments and uses a framework that is data informed, culturally grounded, and human centered.
