Alternative Break

March 20th - 24th, varies site options, volunteers needed per site for a week of service

• Safe Harbor, 9:00 am - 2:00 pm - Plant, build and beautify community gardens, and repair tiny homes.
• Food Literacy Center, 9:30 am - 12:30 pm - Experience various areas of food literacy, including teaching, gardening, and preparing.
• Clean California, 11:00 am - 5:00 pm - Community clean-up, tree planting, and an educational/entertaining festival (March 17th - 27th).
• Sac State Sustainability, 9:00 am - 2:00 pm - Harvest & plant in the campus garden.
