Sacramento State’s Civic & Voter Empowerment Coalition brings together students, faculty, staff, and campus partners committed to strengthening civic engagement across Sacramento State. The coalition was strategically formed to include representation from across the University, helping ensure civic and voter empowerment efforts can reach students throughout different areas of the campus community.

Through collaboration, education, and outreach, the coalition supports voter registration, nonpartisan voter education, civic learning, and opportunities for students to participate in the democratic process.

Coalition membership is not fixed and may evolve over time as campus needs, initiatives, and opportunities for collaboration change. This flexible approach allows the coalition to continue building connections across Sacramento State and supporting broad campus participation in civic engagement efforts.
