Bloom's taxonomy is a classification of the kinds of cognitive tasks it takes to learn. Here is a link to a description of the levels of cognitive tasks.
1. Look at each of the levels in Bloom's taxonomy. Consider the story of Goldilocks and the Three Bears. Write a question or assignment about the story at each level of Bloom's taxonomy.
2. In high school, what levels of task were you typically asked to do? What is the highest level of task you have been asked to do in school, either in high school or at Sac State?
3. Imagine the kind of tasks you are likely to be asked in your future career. What level are they likely to be?
