Adopt, operationalize, and advance DEI and anti-racism initiatives as individuals and as stewards serving our University community

Technology connects, unifies, and powers possibility. Our collaborative work ensures that new and existing academic and administrative tools, resources, and services deliver a DEI-focused experience supporting the Antiracism Inclusive Campus Plan (AICP), ensures campus systems support inclusive functionality, and eliminates exclusionary language. It also supports accessible, equity-focused digital experiences for every Hornet including csus.edu, My Sac State portal, and the Sac State Mobile app.

Enhancing IRT's support of DEI initiatives, we are equally committed to reflecting and serving our diverse campus community through the IT DEI Council and inclusive staff recruitments to expand diversity across IT professional staff and leadership roles.
