Expand Internal and Cross-Functional Data-Driven Decision Making

Data empowers campus users to answer questions and support academic, operational, and strategic decision making. Powered by a host of analytics, reporting, and visualization tools, this on-demand data helps tell Sacramento State's story, identify ROI, and guide action and resources to support program success or opportunities for growth. The following activities highlight the tools, services, and team of professionals helping to expand data access for strategic use.

Strategies: Develop metrics and dashboards to highlight our contributions and the effectiveness of our tools and resources.

Indicators of Achievement: Identified and published key performance indicators in all IT areas, improved service delivery and return on investment (ROI).
