Workstation Management Costs
The following information outlines the base costs involved in managing each computer workstation on campus via an itimized list of the licensing costs for the related device management and security tools.
This information provides a baseline of cost as one element in the total cost of ownership that also includes:
- Initial purchasing/warranty/eWaste costs,
- Cost of software installed on the workstations, and
- Staffing costs to execute the equipment management and support.
Faculty/Staff Workstations - Mac
