Accessible Technology Initiative (ATI) Steering Committee

The Accessible Technology Initiative (ATI) Steering Committee serves within the University Disability Advocacy Committee as a campus governance group and principal advisor on accessible technology, supporting Sacramento State’s commitment to inclusive and compliant digital experiences. The committee provides strategic guidance on accessibility priorities, standards, and continuous improvement efforts related to information and communication technology.

The ATI Steering Committee reports to the Vice President for Information Resources & Technology (IRT) and the Vice President for Inclusive Excellence & University Diversity Officer (UDO).

Digital accessibility efforts are aligned with broader campus governance through the University Disability Advocacy Committee (UDAC), which advises the Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs on issues related to accessibility, inclusion, and equitable access across the university. This alignment helps ensure that digital accessibility is integrated into institution-wide planning and decision-making.
