Web Analytics & Web Performance
Web Analytics Dashboard

Web analytics is the collection, reporting, and analysis of data generated by users' visiting and interacting with a website. Web publishers can easily access the Web Analytics Dashboard at any time.
The Web Analytics Dashboard is a tool that uses Google Analytics 4 to track and analyze web traffic and performance on your website. You can see (Page)Views, Engagement Rates, and File Downloads for your website. It provides valuable insights into user engagement, helping you understand how visitors interact with your site. With this information, you can make informed adjustments to your content and improve the overall experience.
SiteImprove

Important: In the coming weeks, we will transition from Siteimprove to DubBot, a more streamlined platform for improving website accessibility, quality, and performance. Please note that access to Siteimprove will end on June 30, 2026.
Siteimprove is a web performance tool used to improve accessibility, quality assurance (QA), and search engine optimization (SEO). Siteimprove utilizes scores to indicate the health of your website. You will see your overall score in each category. The more issues you fix, the higher the score.
Accessibility
Significant updates were recently made to Title II of the ADA concerning the accessibility of web information and services. These updates require us to conform our web content to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA standard. This new ruling goes into effect in April 2026 to comply with the newly expanded regulations.
Siteimprove assists web publishers in identifying and fixing accessibility issues to ensure compliance with the WCAG 2.1 AA standard. It scans for accessibility issues like missing alt text and empty headers.
Quality Assurance (QA)
QA is the process of testing a website to ensure it works correctly and looks good on all devices and browsers. It's a way to catch and fix issues on your website.
Siteimprove scans your web pages for content quality and freshness, security, and user experience. It identifies issues like misspellings and broken links, and offers suggestions for corrections. You also have access to view your website inventory to see the total number of web pages, documents, links, and more.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is the practice of improving a website so that it ranks higher in search engine results. Siteimprove's SEO Overview flags technical and content issues that may impact your SEO. Content issues like missing meta descriptions and long meta titles can be fixed by web publishers. For technical issues, please reach out to the IRT Web & Mobile team.
Policies
If there's a word or name that needs to be replaced globally, we can help you configure policies to easily identify all the web pages that have that word or name and replace them.
