Earliest Arrival Date: Students coming to the U.S. for the first time on a new F1 visa are allowed to enter the U.S. up to 30 days before the semester begins. Please check your I-20 or DS-2019 for the exact date your program beings. Students already attending a U.S. school with active F1 or J1 immigration status who are transferring to Sacramento State do not have this travel restriction.
