Grievances

In the CSU unionized environment, a grievance is a written allegation by an employee/union (grievant) that there has been a violation, misapplication and/or misinterpretation of a specific term of the employee's collective bargaining agreement. An effective grievance process is one that considers the grievance in good faith and facilitates the resolution of the grievance in a timely manner.

Grievance Procedure by Unit

UAPD: Unit 1

CSUEU: Units 2, 5, 7, 9

APC: Unit 4

Teamsters Local 2010: Unit 6

SUPA: Unit 8

To submit a grievance, contact the appropriate Union Representative for a grievance form.
