About FAFSC
The Filipino American Faculty and Staff Collective (FAFSC, pronounced “faf-sec”) is a Sacramento State Employee Resource Group (ERG) dedicated to building community, visibility, and collective support among Filipino faculty, staff, and administrators.
FAFSC creates space for connection, mentorship, professional development, and advocacy while strengthening relationships across campus and the broader Filipino community. We are committed to advancing belonging, equity, and representation at Sacramento State through collaboration, care, and collective action.
While centered on Filipino experiences, FAFSC welcomes participation from all Sacramento State employees and allies who support our mission and values.
