SOMOS Mapping Our Community, a groundbreaking multimedia mapping initiative developed to advance educational equity and community engagement for Latine students at Sac State and the Region. This represents a significant institutional investment in student success and community partnership. The initiative features two interconnected mapping systems:

• SOMOS Sac State: A resource management system enabling students to access academic support services, scholarship opportunities, alumni networks, campus facilities, and specialized centers with unprecedented ease and efficiency.
• SOMOS Sacramento: A curated directory of Sacramento region resources, including Latine-owned enterprises, cultural institutions, community organizations, and essential services that foster authentic community connections and support student holistic development.
