About Student Affairs IT

The purpose of Student Affairs IT is to provide technical support, document processing, and web design/development for all the departments & programs within the Division of Student Affairs:

  • Help Desk: responsible for the technical support of computer hardware and software.
  • Imaging: responsible for scanning, uploading, and indexing documents into the OnBase imaging system and receiving and entering transfer credit for all external transcripts.
  • OnBase: analyzes current Student Affairs business processes and creates innovative and efficient solutions using OnBase.
  • Web: in charge of the division's web updates, website restructuring, and ensuring the WCAG regulations are met.

Our department works in collaboration with the Division of Information Resources and Technology.
