About SA-IT

The purpose of Information Technology is to provide technical support for the departments within the Division of Student Affairs. Our team includes:

  • Tech Support is responsible for the technical support of computer hardware and software throughout the Student Affairs departments.
  • Imaging is responsible for scanning, uploading, and indexing documents into the OnBase imaging system and receiving and entering transfer credit for all external transcripts.
  • OnBase analyzes current Student Affairs business processes and creates innovative and efficient solutions using OnBase
  • Web is in charge of web development and design for the websites of Student Affairs.

Our department works in collaboration with the Division of Information Resources and Technology.
