Housing Occupancy Fall 2026

The University Housing Services Fall Occupancy Report for Fall 2026 as of June 1, 2026 is available.

There are 21,950 total enrolled students, and 301 total enrolled veteran students.

There is a total of 3,653 available beds. This number includes 2,525 available beds in North Village, 1,084 available beds in Hornet Commons, and 44 available beds in Auxiliary Facilities.

There are 3,645 students requesting campus housing, and 6 veteran students requesting campus housing. There are 134 waitlisted students for North Village, and 17 waitlisted students for Project Rebound. Both Hornet Commons and Veterans do not have any waitlists.

Within the Auxiliary Facilities, there are 14 available student bed spaces and 30 available faculty/staff bed spaces.
