| November 17, 2025 | Spring 2026 continuing student registration begins (by assigned registration appointment) |
| January 19, 2026 | Martin Luther King, Jr. Day (Holiday, Campus Closed) |
| January 21 - 23, 2026 | University-wide and/or College Meetings |
| January 25, 2026 | Spring 2026 All waitlists eliminated. When waitlists are deleted, you will no longer see waitlisted courses in the Student Center. Students should retain course and instructor information for any waitlisted class(es) to "crash" the course. |
| January 25, 2026 | Spring 2026 Deadline to withdraw and receive a full refund of fees (Semester Withdrawal Form must be submitted) |
| January 26, 2026 | Spring 2026 Instruction Begins |
| January 26 - February 6, 2026 | Spring 2026 Late Registration and Schedule Adjustment. During this time, you retain access to add and drop courses through your Student Center. If instructor or department permission is required to add or drop a course, the Add/Drop Petition (OnBase form) must be used. If adding from 0 units, must prepay. |
| February 7 - 20, 2026 | Spring 2026 Late Registration and Change of Schedule completed by Add/Drop petition (OnBase form) at departments. If adding from 0 units, must prepay. |
| February 20, 2026 | Spring 2026 Census Date - Last day to drop a class without receiving a "W" |
| March 23 - 27, 2026 | Spring Break (Students and Faculty only) |
| March 31, 2026 | Cesar Chavez Birthday Observed (Holiday, Campus Closed) |
| April 24, 2026 | Last day to withdraw from Spring 2026 courses |
