Leadership Conferences

Student Organizations & Leadership hosts two leadership conferences each academic year, one at the start of each semester.

The SO&L Leadership Conference provides all students at Sacramento State with an opportunity to learn about leadership and develop important individual and organizational leadership skills through workshops hosted by campus and community partners. Build your resume, network with student leaders, and strengthen your potential for academic, personal, and professional success!

Fall Leadership Conference

SO&L’s Fall Leadership Conference serves as an opportunity to create a space for students to understand leadership in various forms and that there is no one right way of doing leadership. Students engage with their peers through a series of activities & workshops that are facilitated by the Sac State community. The Fall 2022 Leadership Conference will take place on Tuesday, August 23 from 9 am – 4 pm in the University Union.

Register for the Fall Leadership Conference!

If you are interested in facilitating a program and providing a space of learning for our student participants, please submit a program proposal by Monday, June 6th.
